At DANSÈLL, we are committed to quality and transparency. If your order isn’t right, we offer returns in line with the policy below.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Items must be returned with original tags and packaging
Items must be free from marks, odours, or damage


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
No restocking fees are charged

Discounted or limited-release items where stated at the time of purchase


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change an item, please return your original order and place a new order.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dafyddansell@gmail.com, including your order number and clear images
